Susan is a Board-Certified Registered Nurse with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She has an extensive background in Primary Care Administration, Care Management, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Diabetes Education (CDE), Population Health Management, and Value-Based Care. She joined NextGen Healthcare in 2018 as a Senior Consultant in Professional Services on the Population Health Team.
